Thermal Shields™ & Shades, based in Fort Collins, Colorado, is a family-owned operation created in 1984 and has fabricated custom window treatments for the interior design industry for over 25 years. The company found a void in the window insulation and shading industry. They created a window insulator and reflector that would control heat loss and gain 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, no matter what the climate; a completely retractable product that is not only attractive, but does not block your view or light.

Thermal Shields™ are currently installed in Colorado, Montana, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Iowa, Wyoming, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Florida, Alaska, Minnesota

and in Canada, Mexico and Japan.

 

They are energy efficient in any climate and raise the comfort level of any home or business. They can be shipped ready-to-install to any part of the globe. They are custom made to fit any window size or they can be custom made to fit an odd-shaped window or glass area.
